We loved staying at this hostel! Luca, the friendly and informative Italian manager, made our experience even better. Communication prior to our late arrival was excellent, and he even granted our request for a lower bunk bed near the window with a beautiful view of the mountains and residential area. the location of the hostel was perfect, within walking distance to the old town. We also appreciated having a minimart, restaurants, and cafes nearby. the entire place was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable with eco-friendly sheets. We also found the laundry service convenient at just 4 euros. the hostel had separate bathrooms and toilets for men and women, making it very convenient. we highly recommend this hostel to fellow backpackers.
That we felt very special, as the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The location of this hostel is truly convenient, situated right on the way to the Cathedral. You'll have easy access to all the attractions and can explore the city on foot. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with eco-friendly sheets and curtains for added privacy. the friendly and helpful staff, like Luca, provide valuable tips and make your stay enjoyable. Plus, there are nearby minimarts, restaurants, and cafes for your convenience.
One downside is that the check-in process can be strict and unforgiving if you arrive after a specific time, which can be inconvenient for travelers facing unexpected delays.

The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The showers provided ample hot water, and the hostel was generally quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.
The bed sheets were thin and easily ripped, making it difficult to keep them in place while sleeping. Additionally, the lack of a sink or tap in the common area made it inconvenient to wash dishes, and the flooded floor near the laundry area was a bit off-putting.
